ID's for New Students

This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters)

If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you.  You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.

How will I get a photo for my ID card?

During your orientation, you will have an in-person photo taken.  This photo will be used for your student ID card.

For those who cannot attend an orientation, or didn't have time to have a photo taken during your orientation slot, will have the opportunity to upload a photo.  If the Card Office does not have a photo of you after all orientation dates are completed, a link to upload will be emailed to your WSU email address later this summer.
