Community Service Clearinghouse
At Westfield State, we foster service learning and volunteer programs.
Our students, faculty, and staff are ready to put their ideals, expertise, talents, and energy to work as volunteers, interns, and advisors. We are proud of our long history of making a positive difference within communities in the region and across the state. The Community Service Clearinghouse is part of that tradition. The Clearinghouse is designed to enhance the university's strong bridge between academic study and civic responsibility. We invite you to take advantage of this great resource, linking worthy organizations with motivated individuals. We hope that our tradition of service helps you build and sustain the success of your efforts on behalf of your community.
The Westfield State University Community Service Clearinghouse provides students, faculty/staff and community partners with a centralized resource for posting and receiving information, resources and referrals for community service and service-learning opportunities. The University does not evaluate, inspect or sanction off campus community service opportunities posted in the Community Service Clearinghouse; instead, postings appear solely for the purpose of facilitating communication by and between students, faculty/staff and community partners.
Westfield is a proud member of the Talloires Network. The Talloires Network is an international association of institutions committed to strengthening the civic roles and social responsibilities of higher education.
